That's basically what the Democrats in Congress have done by stating that the terrorist database upgrade is not going well or at all.

To me, it is all noble and good to have hearings about a potential waste of $500,000,000 to upgrade a system that is not even working. It should be lauded.

what should not be lauded is this silly Democrat's attempt to publicize it - in effect telling Osama that are defenses are currently down.

How about secret intelligence hearings? Anyone ever hear of that.
